MEET THE FOUNDER
Ogomegbunam Anagwu
Ogomegbunam Anagwu leads Vando Global with a focus on connecting strategic advisory with transformational human development.
Her career spans international and youth development, grant management and institutional finance, including experience with organisations such as the United Nations World Food Programme, Oxfam Novib and Oxfam Great Britain.
She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer and the architect of Vando Global's proprietary Career Intelligence Framework.
Today, she leads Vando Global's work across consulting, youth development and innovation, with a particular interest in helping people understand their potential, find purpose and translate that clarity into meaningful action.
