The Purpose-to-Career Programme (P2C) is Vando Global's flagship youth development initiative.
P2C helps secondary-school students develop self-awareness, identify their strengths and connect that understanding to meaningful career pathways.
The programme combines Vando Global's proprietary, Career Intelligence Framework with DISC behavioural profiling.
